Emma is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and performance of the company. Her focus is on driving operational excellence and financial stability to ensure Warwick Estates remains resilient and future-proof. She turns strategic goals into clear, actionable plans that enhance efficiency, improve service delivery, and strengthen our competitive edge.
Carl Beard
Managing Director
Carl plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision, driving its long-term strategy, and ensuring the execution of operational plans. His leadership has been instrumental in building strong relationships with clients, developing talent within the organisation, and securing Warwick’s position as an industry leader.
David Melisi
Finance Director
David oversees all financial functions within Warwick Estates, including financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and governance. David also plays a crucial role in managing client accounting functions, ensuring robust internal controls, and driving financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
Louise Taylor
Director of People
Louise plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the organisation remains an employer of choice within the property management sector. Ross Hulmston
General Counsel
Ross is responsible for managing the legal risk and activity across Warwick Estates including handling corporate contracts, disputes and litigation as well as corporate governance.
Our Charity Partner
In 2026, we are proudly sponsoring a supersized lion sculpture for the St Clare Hospice ‘Lions on the Loose’ art trail.
This local charity shares the same community connections and roots as we do. At some point in our lives, all of us will interact with a hospice -whether personally, through family, or through friends. Hospices are there when people need them most, and it is important that businesses like ours play a part in supporting the vital work they do.
